-Guest Cabin inlcuded.  Only available during the summer season.

-In the event that renters do not require the Guest Cabin,  don't worry,  it WILL NOT be rented separately,  so as to ensure the renters privacy.

-We do provide all bedding and indoor towels 

-All garbage, recycling, food and drink is to be removed from the premises.  Basically - if you bring it, please take it when you leave. Any garbage left will result in a $200 charge. 

-Cottage is expected to be left in the clean standard received at check in.  Additional cleaning charges will apply if not in a clean state.

-We require a 50% non refundable down payment to hold your booking.  Balance + refundable security/damage deposit of $1000 has to be paid one month prior to arrival.  Damage deposit will be refunded one week after use.

-This is not a "Party Cottage" - we do have close neighbours and family on both sides of us who we respect greatly.  Please only rent this place if you can do the same.  Loud music, noise, foul language outdoors is strictly forbidden.  Thank you for your understanding.  This place was built for relaxation, unwinding, and enjoyment!
